Monyetla Services requires the service of an experienced Training Facilitator to join their team.
Functions / Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and interventions aligned with organizational needs.
- Facilitate Health and Safety-related training programs, ensuring compliance with local legislation and best practices.
- Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored learning solutions.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a deep understanding of adult learning theories.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle, etc.).
- Previous experience in the Health and Safety field (training and development focus).
- Familiarity with South African labour laws and OHS standards.
- Experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- ETDP or related qualification.
