Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation or logistics management, preferably in employee transport or shuttle services.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, route planning, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in transportation management software and tracking tools.

- Customer Service: Address employee transportation concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and implementing service improvements.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage transportation expenses, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
