Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation Management: Develop and implement transportation plans and schedules to align with employee commuting needs, shift patterns, and capacity requirements.
- Fleet Coordination: Oversee vehicle operations, ensuring timely maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Route Optimization: Utilize data-driven strategies to improve routes, reduce travel time, and enhance efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to transportation laws and industry best practices through regular audits and training programs.
- Customer Service: Address employee transportation concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and implementing service improvements.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage transportation expenses, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
