About the role:
This isn’t a “fetch coffee and organize folders” kind of internship — you’ll dive into real projects, learn from talented mentors, and help shape the experiences of real users across our digital platforms.

✨ What you'll do
As our UI/UX Intern, you’ll:
- Collaborate with our Solution Design team to brainstorm and sketch low-fidelity wireframes
- Help map out user journeys and empathy maps to understand what makes users tick
- Support our Product Experience Specialist in gathering user feedback (think Hotjar, client calls, and more!)
- Work hand-in-hand with the Content Design team to make sure your designs vibe with our brand
- Shadow our UI/UX Designer and start to learn how devs bring your work to life
- Gradually progress to designing high-fidelity wireframes in Figma
- Keep an eye on design trends so we’re always one step ahead
- Iterate and refine based on team feedback and user insights
Requirements
What You Bring
You’ve got the foundations, and you’re eager to build on them. We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Recently completed a qualification in UI or UX Design
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understands the basics of responsive web design and user-centered principles
- Has a feel for visual and interaction design — and cares about the small stuff
- Knows what a journey map is (bonus
