RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customer leads provided by the client via telephone.
- Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals.
- Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer’s best interest.
- Uphold and promote “Best Practice” in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 Year or more inbound/outbound international sales experience.
- Qualifications: Minimum completed and passed Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent.
- Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers.
- Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
- Flexibility: Able to work UK hours (Monday to Sunday).
