Job Description
Company Partners is seeking a dedicated and highly professional Administrator join our team. This unique role combines elite client management with corporate governance responsibilities, ensuring our most valued clients receive exceptional service while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric
- At least 1 year of prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proper time management and the ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime, when required.
- Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client management with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in client-facing and corporate compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Apply industry knowledge, particularly in business compliance.
- Demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in language skills, both spoken and written.
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities with flexibility.
- Maintain a professional demeanour in all situations.
- Show consistent reliability and dependability.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to think critically and resolve issues as they arise.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work.
- Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams professionally.
- Deliver outstanding service to VIP clients, handling their needs with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage corporate governance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and document board meetings, AGMs, and shareholder communications.
- Maintain statutory records, filings, and official company documents.
- Advise on corporate legal matters, risk management, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the board, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
