We’re hiring a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at a busy distribution warehouse in Paarden Eiland. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing inventory, logistics, and a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
- Oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth flow of goods in and out.
- Coordinate deliveries and dispatches to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and manage variances or discrepancies.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards across the warehouse.
- Support, coach, and lead your warehouse team to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet service-level expectations.
What You Bring:
- A matric certificate (post-school qualification is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control environment.
- Experience leading a small team and managing daily warehouse operations.
- Comfortable using systems for stock tracking and reporting.
- A hands-on approach with solid problem-solving and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required.
