About the Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of incoming goods, storage, and dispatch processes. From leading a team and conducting daily briefings to ensuring inventory accuracy and enforcing health & safety, you’ll play a central role in driving service excellence in the Durban warehouse. The role reports to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor.About the Company

The name will only be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all warehouse staff and manage daily shift operations.
- Plan, allocate and optimise resources to meet operational demands.
- Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound logistics processes.
- Ensure correct stacking, secure loading, and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Enforce company SOPs, health & safety, and warehouse rules.
- Maintain accurate system records and alignment with physical stock.
- Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and shift handovers.
- Drive performance through KPI monitoring, audits, and snag list updates.
- Control WMS usage, document sign-offs, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate stock takes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) including 3rd-party involvement.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with at least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
