We are seeking an experienced Website Content Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimise our websites using WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce. You will play a critical role in ensuring our digital presence is visually engaging, SEO-optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.This role sits at the intersection of content, design, SEO, and technology. You will work closely with marketing, product, design, development, and sales teams to deliver engaging web content, manage updates, support e-commerce operations, and continuously improve the user experience across our digital properties.This role suits a digitally-savvy content professional with an eye for design, a passion for optimization, and the skills to keep our website running smoothly.
Key Objectives
•Manage and update website content across multiple pages and sections using Elementor and WordPress.
•Maintain and update product information in WooCommerce, including pricing, descriptions, categories, tags, images and custom categories, pages and plugins.
•Ensure SEO best practices are followed on all pages, including meta data, structured content, image optimisation, and performance enhancements.
•Create and optimise error-free web pages to align with modern UI/UX principles, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness.
•Prepare and optimise visual assets for the web using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
•Collaborate with designers to implement new layouts and page structures using mockups and wireframes.
•Coordinate with the software engineering, sales and marketing teams to upload blog posts, landing pages, and promotional banners on time.
•Test content updates across various browsers and devices to ensure consistent display and functionality.
•Monitor website health, performance, and analytics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Work alongside software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve front-end display or performance issues.
•Work with our sales team to maintain the geo-specific availability of our products through our custom application using KML files.
•Participate in Agile-style team meetings to help plan and align upcoming web initiatives.
Requirements
•3+ years of professional experience managing websites, ideally in a fast-paced marketing or e-commerce environment.
•Strong experience with WordPress, especially Elementor and WooCommerce.
•Solid understanding of on-page SEO, page speed optimisation, and image compression techniques.
•Competent with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
•Understanding of modern UI/UX principles, mobile-first design, and responsive page structure.
•Experience working with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
•Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web best practices.
•Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple updates and deadlines concurrently.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
•Ability to translate creative briefs, design mockups, and stakeholder input into clean, functional web content.
•An excellent understanding of Wordpress, Elementor and WooCommerce.
•Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS.
•Understanding of e-commerce marketing tactics such as product landing pages, sales banners, or seasonal campaigns.
•Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies in a team environment.
•Familiarity with content calendar tools or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
Nice to Haves:
•Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
•Experience with CMS systems other than Wordpress.
•Experience with A/B testing or using tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar.
•Previous experience working with maps, location-based data and KML files.

•Proactive Improvements: You regularly identify and implement content and UI/UX enhancements, rather than waiting for direction.
•Technical Dependability: Content changes and updates are completed independently and reliably, with minimal need for developer support.
