Description
We are opening a brand-new showroom in Paarl and have an exciting position available for a Showroom Manager!
Main purpose of the job
To build constructive relationships and maintain the image and effective operation of the showroom in order to maximise sales.
Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate, Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing or related field (advantageous), minimum 5 years sales experience in a retail environment/similar role, and minimum 2 years people management experience.
Ideal candidate
Have a strong interest in the décor field, be outgoing, dynamic and driven, be highly motivated, loyal and committed, have strong leadership skills, have strong admin skills, and be highly sales driven with a can-do attitude.
Main duties
Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, maintain showroom operations, and manage the showroom and staff while maintaining employee motivation and performance.
