Responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, insurance and maintenance requirements are in place per local market in order to keep Moove vehicles moving safely.

About The Role
Responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, insurance and maintenance requirements are in place per local market in order to keep Moove vehicles moving safely.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stock Management of Vehicles: Oversee the inventory of all vehicles in the yard, ensuring accurate records of vehicle count and condition.
- Recording and Tracking: Maintain detailed records of vehicle returns, recoveries, and assignments, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Vehicle Compliance and Readiness: Ensure all vehicles meet compliance and quality standards before assignment, coordinating any necessary checks or maintenance.
- Warehouse Flow Management: Manage the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the warehouse (WH), ensuring processes are efficient and well-organised.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with the CIM & Risk teams to ensure vehicles meet required quality standards before deployment and driver behaviour is monitored through our telematics systems.
- Fleet Accuracy: Collaborate with the CFM to ensure the fleet is managed accurately, and that all updates or changes are reflected in records and reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline yard operations to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime, supporting business goals.
- Excess KM Validation: Review and validate kilometer readings on all vehicles and provide feedback regarding billing numbers weekly.

Service Bookings CPT: Attend service booking requests received via e-mail, chats and BYNX for all Cape Town clients, confirm bookings with suppliers, record bookings on BYNX, send confirmation to clients with exact service times.
- Inventory and Stock Management Skills: Ability to efficiently manage and track a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate records and swift operations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when recording returns, recoveries, and assignments of vehicles to avoid discrepancies in reporting.
- Technical and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle compliance requirements and the ability to ensure all vehicles are compliant before assignment.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, such as CIM and CFM, to ensure fleet accuracy and quality standards are met.

Organisational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage the yard's operational flow, prioritising tasks effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
