With a massive dataset of over 100 million SKUs, our mission is to streamline parts sourcing and create advanced functionality that identifies the perfect fit for each machine.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), we are looking for an Account Manager eager to help us hyper growth our revenue in a rapidly scaling startup.
The purpose of the Account Manager role is to drive revenue, profit and optimize customer experience through an omnichannel approach focusing on Vendors and Sellers (1P / 3P). Account Managers actively surface and connect with potential Suppliers in order to onboard them in the Partao platform. Once onboarded, Account Managers analyze Supplier performance and support them on optimizing their input metrics including Selection, Content and Supply Chain. Supplier negotiation plays an important role in order to optimize Partao profitability.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally. Strong English proficiency is essential, and the role pays approximately €2000 per monthdepending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Supplier Acquisition: build Supplier pipeline and proactively reach out to them, highlighting Partao benefits of joining our platform, and convince them of our value proposition.
- Supplier Onboarding: Sign and support new Suppliers through the onboarding process, ensuring integration and business launch.
- Improve customer experience: Work closely with Suppliers in order to enlarge selection, improve content and decrease Out of Stock rate.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze Supplier performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive success.
- Output metrics: secure Partao strong revenue growth while improving profitability through Supplier negotiation by optimizing commercial terms .
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in Sales and / or Account Management in e-Commerce
- Previous experience Category Management is a plus
- University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce
- Excellent English written communication and a high bar for clarity and detail
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous and results-driven
- Analytical skills, problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Out of the box thinker with the capability of wearing many hats
- Customer-centric mindset
Bonus Points:
- Experience with agricultural equipment, industrial parts, or automotive catalogs
- Prior work in remote-first or distributed teams
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish)
- E-commerce or Sales-related courses are a plus
