Duties & Responsibilities:

- Understand the full product range
- What relevant marketing material exists
- How to structure a Specification pack for professionals
- How to introduce new products and or solutions to the market
- Connect to the market
- Organise the professional database in categories
- Ensure effective Time and Territory Management
- Provide the target market with information
- Understand the market timing
- Be aware of the right route to market
- Build sustainable relationships and trust
- Introduce new products
- Use CRM to identify projects and follow ups
- Arrange CPD talks
- Connect the professionals with relevant research data
- Link the market to the internal structures of the group
- Effective use of CRM
- Stay connected with professionals after the start of a project
- Measure and report

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Sales background experience
- Knowledge and sales experience in the construction / engineering sectors will be advantageous
- Experience in successfully liaising with professionals in a sector
- Experience in detailed reporting and CRM system
- Own vehicle with drivers’ license
