Our client, a vibrant city hotel, seeks a results-driven Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in overseeing the restaurant, banqueting, and bar operations.

This role requires an individual with excellent floor presence, operational understanding, and strong leadership.
You will assist in staff training, guest satisfaction management, stock control, and service delivery.
The successful candidate will have the ability to step into any F&B outlet and ensure a smooth, guest-centric experience.
A hands-on approach and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.

2–4 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4–5 star hotel

Good knowledge of food and beverage trends and operations

Strong communication and team management skills

Stock control and point-of-sale system experience

Able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
