A hands-on approach and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
2–4 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4–5 star hotel
Good knowledge of food and beverage trends and operations
Strong communication and team management skills
Stock control and point-of-sale system experience
Able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
