Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives on cold calling and smashing targets? We’re looking for driven, charismatic Sales Agents to join a high-performance demand generation team in Cape Town.
This is not your average call center role. You’ll be working across multiple international campaigns, engaging with key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for top-tier B2B tech clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cold calling and outbound outreach across UK and global markets
- Running multiple B2B campaigns in SaaS, IT services, and digital marketing
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality meetings
- Updating CRMs and managing your sales pipeline
- Collaborating with a lively, target-driven team

We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years in outbound sales (B2B or similar)
- A stable work history (no job-hopping)
- Clear examples of meeting or beating sales targets
- Experience selling services like SaaS, IT helpdesk, or digital marketing
- Confidence speaking to international prospects (UK experience a bonus)
