Preweld are an established gas and welding supply distributor seeking a dynamic individual, with a minimum of 5 years experience in bookeeping and office administration.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of debtors and creditors
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting and MS Office Suite
- Matric qualification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Self-motivation and good communication written and telephonic skills (English).
- Fluency in Afrikaans would be an added advantage.
- A passion for customer service, high energy levels and shows initiative
Duties Include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling statements and capturing invoices
- Processing payments and allocating receipts
- General administrative support
