We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive business development within our call center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, possess strong negotiation skills, and be confident in presenting at high-level meetings. This role requires a deep understanding of call center operations and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling
- Lead client meetings, including strategy reviews and performance updates
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Quality, WFM) to ensure client expectations are met
- Manage account profitability and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
- Provide market insights and contribute to business development strategy
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Proven strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level clients
- Ability to analyze performance reports and drive operational improvements
- Solid understanding of call center metrics, performance management, and customer service operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
