BRANCH MANAGER - KNYSNA
Overview
An exciting and challenging opportunity exists in our Knysna store for a Branch Manager. The successful individual will report to the Retail General Manager.
The incumbent will be responsible for running and managing all day-to-day aspects of the store, ensuring that sales targets are achieved (both personally and team targets), stock and costs are controlled, employees are managed, and that excellent levels of customer care and service are always delivered.
The vacancy requires a person who:
- Has a passion and flair for sales,
- Has excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written),
- Has excellent Leadership and Management skills
- Is highly self-motivated and with the ability to work unsupervised
- Is computer literate and efficient in MS Office and Outlook
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for
- Managing the day-to-day retail store operations
- Developing and managing strong business relationships with key clients and role players in the area
- Consistently pursue and aquire new business leads and opportunities,
- Ensure that retail store standards are high and that excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Researching and keeping up to date with lighting trends, technology and standards.
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved
