Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities across KwaZulu-Natal.
- Act as the regional sales lead, meeting with clients, preparing quotes, and closing deals.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Durban branch.
- Provide support to the on-site technical team (currently two technicians).
- Compile regular sales and operations reports for head office.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage local procurement needs.
- Represent the branch in regional planning and strategy discussions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in external sales, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
- Prior exposure to branch management or team leadership preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong reporting and administrative skills.
- Self-managed with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Durban.
