Responsible for achieving individual sales targets
Identification of potential clients and lead generation sources
Conducting cold calls to generate new business
Networking with key individuals and companies, such as property landlords, brokers, and suppliers
Accurate completion and maintenance of CRM records on systems such as Pipedrive and/or Lucy
Timely follow-up on call backs and emails to potential clients
Sending company marketing materials correctly and professionally
Presenting the company's turnkey services to prospective clients
Gathering key information from potential clients (e.g., space requirements in m², number of employees, lease timelines, CAD plans, etc.)
Communicating potential leads to the Head of Business Development / BD Director, including details of the applied process (e.g., 48-hour space plan and costing, risk work, appointment)
Completing briefing documents for the design team
Ensuring appointment documentation is completed and signed off by the client
Managing the design process, including team briefings, kick-off meetings, site visits, workshops, final design and costing presentations, and client sign-off
Completing handover to the Project Management Team
