Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects.
- Relay client feedback and requirements to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and manage the smooth transition process.
- Monitor client accounts and track key metrics to ensure retention and growth.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during client engagements.
Requirements:
- Experience in client liaison roles (preferably at least one year).
- Demonstrated success in client-facing positions, ideally within a similar industry or setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in meeting diverse client needs and preferences.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is an advantage.
Work hours:
- Monday- Friday: 08:00-17:00
