Purpose of the job

As Content Marketing Manager in EMEA, you will be a key member of a dynamic, high-performing marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing a powerful, integrated content marketing strategy to build Collinson’s position as the strategic partner and value driver for clients and partners, and unique travel experiences for consumers.

In this role, you will lead the development, management, and delivery of a compelling content marketing strategy across key audiences. Working closely with regional and global marketing teams, business stakeholders, and specialist agencies, you will oversee the creation and distribution of high-impact, audience-centric content across multiple channels, including earned, owned, and paid media.

This role demands a strategic content marketer with a talent for storytelling, proven experience in B2B2C environments, and a passion for creating impactful, audience-driven content that drives brand relevance and deepens engagement across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with regional marketing across growth and lifecycle, as well as cross functional teams to align content initiatives with key campaigns, launches, and regional objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate high-impact content partnerships with leading industry bodies, business, travel and luxury lifestyle publishers, and associations.
  • Adapt and localise global content and campaigns for EMEA audiences, ensuring cultural resonance and market relevance.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, commission, and manage high-quality content across formats including but not limited to thought leadership articles, press releases, eBooks, case studies, videos, infographics etc.
  • Ensure content reflects brand tone of voice, values, and is optimised for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage regional agencies, media outlets, freelance writers, and creative/association partners to deliver content needs and secure impactful media coverage.
  • Maintain an “always-on” content marketing calendar aligned with business priorities to drive demand generation, nurture leads across the funnel with persona-targeted content and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Develop and execute a proactive regional PR strategy that enhances the reputation of the Collinson and Priority Pass brands. Channel Management & Distribution
  • Plan and manage content distribution across owned (web, email, social), earned (PR), and paid channels in EMEA.
  • Work closely with social media and digital teams to execute, boost reach and visibility of regional content.
  • Identify and leverage key industry and partner platforms for regional thought leadership and amplification.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for content strategy and performance
  • Use tools to track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of content and PR activity, demonstrating ROI, reach, engagement, and contribution to business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and insight reports to key internal stakeholders across the business.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Foster strong working relationships with global and regional marketing teams, EMEA leadership, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of messaging, campaigns, and communications priorities.
  • Act as the regional content lead, collaborating with global brand/content teams to ensure alignment.
  • Champion content excellence across the region, advising on messaging, storytelling, and best practices.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • 6–8 years’ experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or a related discipline, ideally within a regional or global B2B2C environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft compelling content across multiple formats (e.g. articles, social, thought leadership, video scripts, campaign copy).
  • Proven track record in delivering omni-channel content marketing campaigns—including social media, PR, thought leadership, partnerships, and digital content that supports brand and commercial objectives.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise, collaborate across functions, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all communications and channels.
