Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented individual who enjoys building connections and supporting clients. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads and a trusted partner for existing clients. This role combines client care and sales communication: welcoming new inquiries, following up with leads, and ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages answering questions and guiding them through next steps.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by checking in regularly, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure client needs are met smoothly and on time.
- Keep organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value or strengthen client partnerships.
What Were Looking For
- A natural people-person who enjoys connecting with others.
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication (verbal and written).
- Experience in any client-facing role (customer service, call center, hospitality, sales, account management, etc.) is helpful, but not essential if you have the right personality and drive.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented when challenges arise.
