We are looking for a results-driven yet empathetic sales consultant with the resilience, grit, and energy to thrive in a high impact, high performance sales environment. If you have ever sold a product people need but don’t necessarily want and you see objections as exciting challenges rather than roadblocks, you will thrive here.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver detailed, engaging telephonic consultations focused on:
- Uncovering a customer’s hearing needs, lifestyle, and motivation
- Demonstrating the value of hearing aids to their specific needs
- Discussing pricing and guiding customers through finance and medical aid options to support a purchase
- Guide customers patiently through a longer decision-making journey, offering support, encouragement and troubleshooting every step of the way.
- Overcome any objections that could arise within the customer journey with skill, persistence, and creativity.
- Provide knowledge on hearing loss and hearing aids.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with our customers and partner providers (audiologists).
- You have between 1 - 3 years background in consumer- facing sales (e.g. healthcare sales, financial services, or similar).
- You have a 3-year tertiary qualification.
- You find joy in making a sale and exceeding targets.
- You have a desire to make an impact and make a lasting difference in customers' lives.
- You have a winning mentality balanced with empathy, care and curiosity.
- You are comfortable in selling a product people may resist but ultimately need.
- You have a desire to grow, continuously improve and embrace change.
- You are resilient under pressure, with the mindset that every objection is an opportunity.
- You have strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- You are self-motivated, take ownership, and have a hunger to succeed.
- You are proficient in English and at least one additional language.
