About Camper Champ & Road Genius
We operate comparison marketplaces that help travellers book campervans and rental cars worldwide. Our existing channels already have hundreds of thousands of visitors; now we need an action-oriented marketer to round out the engine by owning reviews, socials, promotions and lifecycle touchpoints.
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Own brand & social presence – keep all profiles on-brand, plan posts, and create organic strategies for key platforms
- Build customer-review loops – design Trustpilot & Google Review capture flows, reply to reviews, close feedback loops
- Run promotions – coordinate copy, graphics and landing pages for supplier sales; make sure campaigns go live on time
- Email / CRM – set up and iterate on abandoned-quote, upsell and re-activation flows in Klaviyo (or similar)
- Site merchandising & CRO – brief ribbons, banners and A/B tests that lift conversion or average booking value
- Light reporting – maintain a Looker Studio / GA4 dashboard and surface insights to PPC, content and exec stakeholders
Who are we looking for?
- Smart, proactive digital marketer who knows how to get things done
- Channel breadth: T-shaped marketer. Specialise in one or two channels, and have a broad base understanding of organic & paid social and related skills (e.g. basic HTML/CSS, GA4, Tag Manager, Canva/Figma tweaks)
- Bias for shipping – you launch, experiment and learn faster than the average marketer
- Proof of impact – be ready to show campaigns or tests you created and the results you drove
- Experience: 3+ years in an in-house marketing role or agency
- Native-level written English; comfortable switching tone for AU, UK & US travellers
- Availability for at least 3 hrs overlap with AEST (Brisbane) on weekdays
- Nice-to-have: travel / marketplace background, light design chops, solid Google Sheets or WordPress knowledge
