Job Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification practical investigative, disciplinary hearing and initiating experience. Prosecuting and / or Labour Court experience. Sound computer skills. Supervisory experience.
Job Responsibilities: Investigate and Initiate Disciplinary action. Leading evidence / Prosecute employees in Disciplinary hearings. Monitor and ensure compliance. Represent the company in all formal disciplinary hearings. Handle admin related tasks.
