EHS Coordinator, Malmesbury Pasta
The purpose of this role is to drive the Environmental Health & Safety Performance in terms of culture, EHS standards and compliance across all functions within the assigned site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updated and implemented SHE procedures.
- Facilitated safety committee meetings.
- Investigated and reported SHE incidents.
- Conducted internal & assisted external SHE audits.
- Trained employees on SHE systems, policies, and procedures.
- Managed compliance requirements with local authorities.
- Implementation of systems and procedures.
- Updating of systems to ensure Pepsico compliance.
What will qualify you for the role?
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as an EHS coordinator
- Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, NEMA, and all other applicable regulations interns of safety.
- Matric and Diploma or Degree in Qualification in Health and Safety or relevant qualification
- The ability to read and interpret safety data sheets.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monthly report and adherence to deadlines.
