We are seeking a proactive, organised, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Sales Director's time is maximised for strategic initiatives, while also helping to streamline communication, coordinate key activities, and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Sales Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Managing the email inbox and correspondence on behalf of the Sales Director, when appropriate
- Supporting client and partner communications, ensuring prompt and professional interactions
- Assisting with sales operations activities, including quotes, invoices, and financial correspondence
- Conducting research and gathering information as needed to support strategic decision-making
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Helping to plan and execute sales team events and meetings

- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not essential
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English
