We are looking for a Personal Assistant to a young dynamic CEO and his family in the Northern Suburbs.
Minimum requirement is computer literacy with strong skills in Xcel and Microsoft Office. Previous experience using Xero Accounting software will be beneficial.
The person we are looking for needs to be an excellent communicator, extremely organized with attention to detail.
They need to be admin orientated, have the ability to think independently and take initiative.
Punctuality and accuracy are critical.
The candidate must be prepared and willing to deal with day-to-day issues as they arise, both personally and professionally as they will be involved at the office and in the home.
In addition to assisting the CEO, this person will be the liaison between home and office, assisting with several personal family requirements, such as travel arrangements, Dr's appointments, payments and general admin.
A strong admin-orientated people's person would flourish in this position.
Valid driver's licence and own transport is required.
Candidate should be a non-smoker, preferably residing in the Northern Suburbs.

Salary is negotiable and will be based on the individual and their level of experience and skill set.
Position available from 1 September 2025.
