We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller & Admin Assistant to join our team! If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organisational skills, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with cash flow management
- Handling supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash
- Assisting in payroll and HR
- General administrative tasks: filing, correspondence, data entry
- Supporting senior manager with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administration
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Own transport
Advantageous:
- Relevant financial or accounting qualification would be advantageous
- Experience -minimum of 5 years experience
