KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Support: Support daily facility operations Act as Padel host and relieve management duties as needed Assist with events and special functions Payroll & HR Support: Check rosters, attendance, leave, and sick leave Maintain HR operations files and assist with inductions Stock & Inventory Control: Conduct stock takes and monitor stock movement Ensure standard operational inventory (sand, backup nets, cross service boxes) Maintenance & Facility Checks: Monitor racket quality, court condition, and infrastructure Ensure all operational standards are met Administration Support: Provide general administrative assistance Conduct system checks on Playtomic MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Qualification: No formal postgraduate required (beneficial) Experience: Relevant operations or sports facility experience CORE COMPETENCIES: Communication: Strong verbal communication, comprehension Cognition/Thinking: Analytical reasoning, decision-making, and sound judgement Personal Effectiveness: Self-management, stress tolerance, attention to detail Interaction with Others: Influencing others, teamwork Management Qualities: Business alignment, strategic vision Between 1 - 3 Years
