Duties & Responsibilities
As Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:
- Coordinating daily Front of House operations
- Overseeing and ensuring opening & closing procedures are followed correctly
- Managing the FOH floor during service to ensure seamless guest flow
- Assisting with FOH staff management and performance support
- Delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Assisting with receiving and checking deliveries when required
- Ensuring FOH staff consistently maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Training and developing both new and current staff in customer service excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
