Office Manager - Luxury Hotel & Spa Supply Industry
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Manager to join our dynamic team serving the luxury hotel and spa industry. This role requires a solution-oriented professional with a genuine passion for learning and a customer-focused mindset to support our growing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
- Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Handle face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate with luxury hotel and spa clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Maintain office efficiency through effective systems and procedures
- Assist with general business operations as needed
Essential Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Nationality: South African citizen or permanent resident
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience: General office management experience preferred

- Customer service experience in premium service environments
