Overview:
Were looking for a creative and reliable Graphics, Social Media & Content Manager to help shape our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves designing visual content, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content for external audiences. Youll play a key role in communicating our message, celebrating team culture, and growing our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and distribute visually appealing email campaigns and internal announcements
- Create and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Highlight team achievements (e.g. Employee of the Month) and support recognition campaigns
- Develop branded graphics and marketing visuals for public-facing materials
- Contribute to content planning and execution to support awareness, engagement, and growth
Requirements:
- Strong design sense and experience creating content for digital platforms
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions and messaging for external audiences
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms
- Experience with basic social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
Bonus If You Have:
- Video editing or short-form content creation skills
- Experience managing a brand or business account on multiple platforms
- Familiarity with performance tracking (engagement rates, post reach, etc.)
