Job Title: Griller

Job Summary:
The Griller is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items on the grill to the highest quality standards. This includes ensuring that all food is cooked to the correct temperature, presented attractively, and served in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill to brand standard
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station, including cleaning and sanitizing the grill and surrounding areas
- Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet kitchen demands during peak periods
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
- Maintain inventory of grill supplies and ingredients
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Griller or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
