Job description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct Theory & Practical Training (Online & Classroom) as per the Training Calendar for new and existing Sorbet citizens.
- Timeous marking of theoretical assessments after training completed and results captured and emailed to Franchise Partners.
- Timeous marking of feedback forms after training completed and results captured into Teams Link.
- Regular scheduling of Talk Shows in region / stores allocated (every month will be required for one of the Regions).
- Guidance and support offered to allocated AM and FP
- Conduct Theory & Practical Training for RPL & Hair, Sorbet Man Academies as per the Training Calendar to train and build a pool of potential Citizens for Store
- Timeous marking of theoretical & practical assessments after training in accordance with SETA/QCTO. Completed and results captured and uploaded in Teams folder.
- Updating of training content (manuals and presentations) for Sorbet Hair & Academy training
- Updating of theoretical assessments and corresponding memorandums relevant to training manual.

Minimum requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Hair.
- At least 2 years training, recruiting and development experience.
