Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing with deep knowledge of the sports betting and casino industry. The ideal candidate will lead the digital strategy and execution across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand growth in regulated and/or emerging markets

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels: PPC, SEO, social media, affiliates, programmatic, influencer marketing, email, and content marketing.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists, media buyers, and content creators.

Drive customer acquisition and retention across sports betting and casino verticals.

Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and CPA performance.

Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to inform strategy and improve conversion rates across the customer journey.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, agencies, and technology partners.

Ensure all digital marketing efforts are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices.

Oversee the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, event-driven promotions (e.g. World Cup, major tournaments), and product launches.

Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Proven track record of scaling user acquisition, managing large budgets, and delivering measurable growth.

Deep understanding of sports and casino players, market segmentation, and user behavior.

Strong experience in managing performance marketing (PPC, programmatic, social), affiliate networks, and CRM/lifecycle marketing.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.

Experience with compliance and regulatory marketing restrictions in different jurisdictions (e.g. UKGC, MGA, African markets).

Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
