This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $82,670 - $100,570 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the women's lacrosse program
• Teach, mentor, and develop student-athletes to achieve excellence on the field and in academics
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier scholar-athletes who align with Lehigh's values
• Oversee program administration, budget management, and advancement initiatives
• Collaborate with coaching staff and provide instruction to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with University, Athletics Department, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
• Develop and implement training programs that optimize student-athlete potential
• Foster academic support systems that promote graduation and career success
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Eight or more years of related work experience
• Experience as a student-athlete
• NCAA Certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record in recruiting and student-athlete development
• Experience with program administration and budget management
