Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to manage the diaries of engineers in our reactive maintenance department, which includes electricians, gas engineers, plumbers, and handymen. The role involves scheduling and coordinating multiple small reactive jobs simultaneously, ensuring that materials are ordered, jobs are closed down daily, and clients are kept informed throughout the process. You will work closely with the team to address customer issues, handle communications and emails, and manage invoicing and quoting for works, with full training and support provided. Excellent multitasking skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this dynamic position.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain schedules for various engineers diaries .
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor supply chain activities and adjust schedules as needed.
- Utilize forecasting techniques to vaticinate resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize scheduling processes.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Generate reports on scheduling performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in fool-proofing scheduling strategies to minimize disruptions.

Experience:
- Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with systems used for scheduling and supply chain management.
- Ability to vaticinate trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of fool-proofing techniques to ensure accuracy in scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R17 000,00 per month
