Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Relationship Manager to be the voice of Jambo Home Loans and facilitate growth in both home loan financing and real estate services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, excels in communication, and has a passion for fostering strong, professional relationships.
As a Relationship Manager, you will reach out to prospective clients, manage relationships with both potential and existing customers, and collaborate with our real estate and sales teams to ensure the best outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, focusing on offering tailored home loan financing options and showcasing our comprehensive real estate services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide top-tier service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and real estate teams to achieve business growth, meet targets, and offer seamless client experiences.
- Client Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Professional Communication: Represent the brand with professionalism, using strong phone etiquette and effective communication to build trust and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, calling, or client relationship management—preferably within the real estate or home loan sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage clients and build strong, professional relationships.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; a personal laptop is required.
- Strong phone skills and a proactive approach to reaching out to new and existing clients.
