We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
HR administration, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Recruitment processes (job adverts, interviews, onboarding).
Payroll (Simple Pay), Biometric system (Jarrison) and leave management.
Prepare HR reports (Monthly and quarterly) and ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and management.
Assist with BBBEE and EEA
Schedule of mandatory training
Assist with DOL audits and WCA
Requirements:
HR qualifications will be to your advantage
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR systems and labour laws will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
