• A relevant B- Tech or First Degree in Human resources or related

field

• 8 years’ relevant experience within H.R. of which 5 years should be

within the talent management environment

• Computer Literacy
• Valid Code 8 License

Professional Officer :
Basic Salary: R532737 p.a

• 3-5 relevant experience within H.R. of which 3 years should be within

Key Performance Areas

Senior Professional Officer

• To develop, guide and advise branches / departments in the

planning & implementation of people management strategies,

functions & activities.

• Implement the talent attraction , retention and development

strategies

• To develop & implement strategic workforce plans
• Coordinate & implement training & development programmes &

interventions related to Workforce plans & WSP.

• Monitor, support, evaluate & report on the implementation of IPM
• To assess, align & implement organisational design interventions
