We are seeking an enthusiastic Industrial Organisational Psychology intern to join our Human Resources team. This role supports projects in employee engagement, performance management, training, and employee wellbeing, but will be primarily be responsible for the human resources cycle (recruitment, payroll, leave, on/off boarding etc.). If you have some experience in HR, please apply asap! The intern will assist with data analysis, research, and the development of HR initiatives that enhance workplace effectiveness and employee experience.
Note, although this is advertised as an IO Psych internship, you will need to get an external IOP supervisor to sign off. You would likely also need some extra hours externally for psychometrics, but we might be able to accomodate this.
