Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the industrialisation of new products, processes, and technologies in line with company strategy and customer requirements.
- Oversee process development, validation, and optimization to achieve production readiness.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Develop and maintain robust production processes, work instructions, and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for industrialisation projects.
- Support customer audits, technical reviews, and product launches.
Key skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advanced qualification advantageous).
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in industrialisation or process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably composites or automotive/aerospace.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, process optimisation, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines.
