We have an opportunity for an experienced Insights Lead to manage research and insights for key accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data analysis, storytelling, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor team members, and a proven track record in market research and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert insights and strategic solutions.
- Design research proposals, sampling methodologies, and deliverables to meet client objectives.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outputs.
- Guide teams on questionnaire development, analytics, and reporting.
- Present actionable insights through compelling reports and dashboards.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of market research experience (or 5 years with a strong track record).
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- A degree in economics, marketing, sociology, psychology, statistics, or business (post-graduate qualification preferred).
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
