Key responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and decision-makers across target industries and markets
- Build and maintain structured contact databases for outreach campaigns
- Launching outreach campaigns utilising tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Lemlist, Getsales, Snov.io, etc.) and CRM (Pipedrive)
- Collaborate closely with the lead generation specialist and team lead
You're our dream candidate If
- You have analytical mindset and ability to dive deep into ICP and industry specifics
- 1+ year of experience in research, data sourcing or lead generation (B2B)
- Proficient with lead generation tools, CRM (ideally Pipedrive), Word Excel (for building and cleaning data)
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to work with big datasets
Bonus points for

- Experience with AI for lead generation
