Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic PMO with planning, monitoring, and reporting on integration activities.
- Coordinate inputs from Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain integration project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and workstreams to ensure progress against the integration plan.
- Support change management and communication initiatives to ensure smooth transition.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders

- Collaborative team player with the ability to operate across diverse functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in project management, business integration, or consulting.
- Experience in M&A integrations or business transformation projects (advantageous).
