This Position reports to:
IS Service ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the IS Applications team in South Africa. Main stakeholders are IS Applications Manager and various business representatives.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and proactively supporting the business processes for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
- Creating, modifying and testing new developments and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the Role
- National Diploma / University degree (Information Technology preferable)
- You are skilled in Microsoft Power Platform.

Ability to demonstrate your experience Microsoft Power Platform products
(Working as Automation Specialist with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). - Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and related products.
- You are passionate about creating, troubleshooting and enhancing business processes from manual processes to digital processes.
- Have a demonstrated track record in Microsoft Power Platform in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- You are at ease communicating in English
