Wheco is seeking a motivated Junior Business Systems & Process Assistant to join our Process Optimisation team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, systems support, and continuous improvement projects.
You will assist with process documentation, small improvement initiatives, administrative support, and help drive efficiency across departments. As you grow in the role, you will be developed into a full-fledged Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process mapping and documentation efforts
- Assist with system and process-related data gathering
- Provide admin support on ongoing improvement projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and tracking
- Learn to use business systems and process tools effectively
Requirements
Education:
- BCom in Information Systems (essential)
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a business, admin, or operations environment
- Exposure to ERP/business systems (advantageous)
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Basic experience with process tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to structure findings and ideas clearly in writing
- Curious, proactive, and eager to understand business operations
